Spindles use or not

Has anybody used spindles to raise or lower their truck and with what results..

good or bad ...

nobody makes drop spindles for a late model F150...Beltech or DJM is supposed to come out w/ some though.....for a free 2 inches just flip the upper ball joint....

Dropping Front

Can you give a little more information about dropping the front by flipping the upper ball joint. Have checked with a couple of mechanics and they don't seem to know anything about this.
