tonneau cover

Joraam,
You should check out www.undercoverinfo.com
They have a great product and incredible customer service.
Email them from the website and Ray will get back with you.
I have been talking to Ray for a while now about customizing mine when I buy mine. I am getting mine here soon. Check them out you will be impressed.
Thanks
Jon

I just looked into the undercover tonneau cover. I spoke with a saleperson and they stated that the cover has a texture to it like a door handle. Not sure I would like that. They are going to send me some pics. When I get them. I will post them on this post.

Plenty of pics at the fordtruckworld.com site. But here are a couple that I found that show details. I like the cover in general, but don't like the way it does NOT cover the front rails completely. I think they need to add the front like the leer has, I think it looks best. Anyway, here are the pics.

yeah its kind of chopped off there up front
also it does look like its textured like the bumper caps and tailgate handle. i think that would look like crap IF painted on a HD and a PITA to clean. Looks good on teh fx4 though, gives it a rugged look. HD's should have the smoothe sleek look though IMO.

I went to Nashville last weekend and there is a AutoParts store that sells the Fibernetics Aerosport cover. Harley #356 had posted some pics and I was worried about the front frame rails on the supercrew. Harley had posted pics of the cover on a Lightning, but I wanted to see it on a SuperCrew. The cover does NOT cover the front frame rails on the SuperCrew. The SuperCrew bed front has a frontwrapping design where everything curves forward. And like the undercover, the aerosport cover doesn't cover the foremost part of the framerails. I would like to see the front of the snuglid now, but the Leer and ARE and Innovations ProSport all cover the rails, and I am leaning to the ProSport due to the lid. Just a little skittish about their customer service. The undercover people have excellent PR and Customer Service. I sent them email for pics, which they sent me back. I saw where they didn't cover the front rails well, so I responded back stating that I didn't like the cover design and they CALLED me and asked what I didn't like about it. He explained why they did it that way, and understood my feelings. Pretty good bunch to work with it seems, but I want my rails covered.

Sheew, that was a lot of typing!

hmm, thats weird. Well, i am positive the snuglid covers the front and frame rails. My friend from the other site has one on his gray 02HD. but the way the quick release system is, the brackets stick out towards the window, and its scratching a big notch in his rear window trim i'm not sure if the ******* is also set up like this also, but its something to watch out for.

Saw a 2002 Shadow Grey today with the ARE and wing. Looked pretty good. Do we have any more pics of the ARE w/wing?

I just don't like that camel hump in the ARE, personally.

Good thing they make so many, cause our tastes are so different.

Ha, you the man.

I like it, but it's still too bulky. Goes up into the rear window to far for me. I have decided finally on the ProSport like outnumbered has. I am just weary of their customer service. Ironic that their web site stresses customer service so much.

Thanks Josh!
