I finally made a deal on an 02 HD #9876. I should be picking it up today if my schedule allows me to get there before they close.
I wanted to pass on the info I have aquired. If anyone is looking for a 02 HD, I have found two dealers that will offer you a no BS deal.

Texan Ford- $500 over invoice- Talk to Mark Twyman @ 281-579-9100. He is a real nice straight forward guy that knows his product. There are no hidden "dealer prep" charges. Thanks to Ken800 for this lead

Tommy Vaughn Ford- $200 over invoice- Talk to John Marston @ 713-802-6637 Very nice guy too. He doesn't know the trucks as well, but is more than willing to find out what you want to know. They also have no hidden "dealer prep" charges. Mention Ken McAvoy to get this deal

I recommend both of these guys because I was treated with respect by them. I never felt like I was talking to a car salseman. I bought my truck at Tommie Vaughn only because they had what I wanted in stock. Both dealers have a good selection, but Texan did not have any black trucks with heated seats. Good Luck...

I don't really know if they have a site or not. I did spend a lot of time on the net trying to find deals, but I actually walked in off the street when I got this deal. Keep in mind, I already knew exactly what invoice was. I also knew I was ready to buy if they gave the price I wanted, there were no trades invloved, and I put a large chunk of cash down.
If you are serious about getting one, call the numbers listed. It would be worth the drive if the the dealers in your area aren't slashing prices...
