295/45-20 ?
Has anyone been interested in this tire size, would it fit with no probs if so? I pulled up a tire calculator just to see how big we could go and this one seemed decent, i think it only effected the speedo by like 1.4mph. BFG has an awesome tread pattern in this size that I really like. Only thing is they are like 249 a piece
If anyone has converted or anything let me know... Thanks

I think rhdf150 switched to that size. He said he had his speedo fixed too. I think it looks aight, but IMO the sidewalls are too beefy. I like the low profile look on these rims.
I'd get wides tires if i could, but I'd want the sidewall to stay exactly the same. Not bigger or small. Its just right IMO
maybe he will see this post and anwer your question.

I went with the Good Year Eagle LS 275/55/20 for $165.00 ea & had the dealer recalibrate the PCM to correct tire & axle ratio for $38.00.
Yesterday I was making a U turn (turning right) after picking up lunch. As I was turning a car was coming towards me & I had to go over the curb. If I had the low profile tires on I would be replacing 2 tires today. Not to mention after my truck had 600 miles on it I came slightly against a curb & it sliced the sidewall & scuffed the rim. (We all know how much the rims are$$$$$$) I have pictures in my photo gallery under rhdf150. I tried to put the link under my signature, but I was getting an error that the page is lost.

I've got this size on my truck, because it ended up being the same overall diameter as my stock wheels (I had 17" King Ranch wheels and BFG's on my truck). They do fit the rims very nicely and help with curb scrubs better than the stock tires. I have Toyo Proxes S/Ts on mine and I am very happy with them. They are kind of pricey though.
Cool thats what I like to hear, do you have any pics you could post so that I could see what they look like. I found these BFG's with a sweet a$$ tread pattern that I know would look good on these trucks. The 275/45-20 only seem to have the tire we have now and IMO they look kinda skiny on that big rim. Well thanks again
