Well after i got my HD truck in 00, the dealer liked it so much he got a 01 HD. He eventually traded that in for a 02 that he's got now. Anyway, over all the hassle over getting the tonneau and such, i've become friends with the head guy out there at the dealership. Anyway, he hooked me up with a tailgate emblem for only 60 bucks. I got it about 6 months ago, but haven't put it on yet, and 2morrow i'm taking the truck back out there and the body shop is gonna put it on for me no charge. While i'm out there i'm gonna have em check the roof drain channel cracks about being repainted. The dealer also fixed my door for free when it got keyed, so i don't think they'll give me any hassle on the roof cracks.

Anyway, since ford collection doesn't mail catalogs to customers anymore, i went out to the dealers today, and he gave me the dealer's edition, and its got some nice discounts. I collect anything HDf150, so to get all the new stuff out there, it would have cost me 200 bucks, but with the dealer catalog, its saving me 75 bucks and no shipping! You guys might wanna ask your dealer the same thing if you can borrow their catalog, if you wanna order something out of it. Just don't go to the parts department, they don't have the discounted ones for you.


o yeah, and just fyi, they do make the 02 HD models in gray AND black. I've only seen gray advertised, but the dealer catalog has black too. Thats one reason i don' t go through their website, cuz they usually have more stuff in the catalog.
