what a sight...

a v-rod in a hot-rod.. LOL

this guy is going to have damn near everything on the v-rod chrome plated! he's also gonna have the wheels cut into the same shape as the ford HD, then chrome plated!

he's buying a trailer for the scooter, and he's gonna have it painted the same color as the truck and put a set of ford HD rims on it!

Whoa, that is a sight. Wish i had that kinda money. Definately try and get pics when he gets done. Where do you find all these guys clonetek? You live around a 00 HD, mysteryfan's 02, that guy, your L. LoL, Bunch of awsome trucks all in one area. I rarely see another HD or L around here. O well, nice pics though, is that the same HD as the one you posted pics of before from the car wash?

for such a small town, we have a lot of "niche" vehicles..

6-8 Gen1 Lightnings
6 Gen2 Lightnings
1-2 2000 HD f150
1-2 2001 HDf150
3-4 2002 HDf150

2 2002 firehawks
2 2002 CE trans am's
2-3 2001-02 Z06's

thats just off the top of my head..

that 02 is the same one that was at the carwash.. maybe he'll post on here soon..

geez, thats alot. Anyway, the grille on that HD made me think it was the same one. I didn't like it before, but i think it looks alot better now with the lighted emblem rather than none at all. Thats on my list of upcoming mods too.

Actually, Clonetek is a very good, probably, best friend of my oldest son. Schwa, my oldest, hangs out at the LS1.com forum where I sometimes cause trouble. I never thought Schwa would ever be into cars but about 2 years ago he got a LS1 firebird and the rest is history.

Most people in the area know where all of us usually hang out and will stop by and get to meet the gang. That's how we all met the guy with the Collector's Edition Firebird, '02 HD and V-Rod. That dud must have his own printing machine or something, we haven't gotten a straight answer about what he does yet. But, he is a nice guy.

From: Tampa, FL, or Memphis TN... depends.
Did anone see "The Making of the V-Rod" (or a title close to that) on Discovery Channle (may have been TLC) a few months back.

It was an hour long show that showed a ton of cool stuff in it about building the V-Rod. Like the "gas tank" isn't really a gas tank at all!

Anyway... I'll go away now.

How did he fit that bike in the styleside box? Must be a heavy load on the tailgate. The show on the Discovery channel was right when they said these bikes look fast standing still. These pics are a testement to that.
