Talking Seriously Considering a 02 HD

Hey guys, just a newbie here writing to inquire some info about the 02 HD's, I have seen these trucks plenty of times sitting in dealerships and a few on the road. I live in Oklahoma City and for some reason I dont see as many on the road as what you guys report in other cities. I just wanted to get some basic info and see if any problems have occured. I also am looking for some good interior pics to take a look at. So if you guys can give me some helpful info that would be great, and hopefully sooner than later I will be a full fledged owner of one of these awesome trucks. Thanks again guys and I look forward to posting in the future.

Thumbs up

OK, I'll bite.
Been playing with cars since I can remember. 1 of my favorites was a 69 Roadrunner with the 440-SixPack.
This truck with a chip & intake pulls just like that old RR did.
Not quite as fast as the "L", but it holds 4 people and is really optioned out nicely.
Get it! You'll love it.
Dealer invoice is about $33,800 depending on options.

JroSilvrHD,

You can find quite a bit of information about the Harley Edition F150 at the following website, including outside and inside pictures, options, specifications, etc. http://www.fordvehicles.com/features/harley/ Good Luck!

Cool Well....

The good thing about this whole deal is that a I qualify for the X-plan discount for our company being a partner with Ford. So I guess my options are a little more open.... I appreciate the info and am planning on getting this probably around September or so....

How were there Harley-Davidson F-150s with stickers that were $39,XXX? The highest price for a 2002 Harley-Davidson F-150 is $38,405; that is the price with every option. I know because my brother bought one on the eighth day of this month. Is that dealer asking for more than the sticker price?

Yes..it had a few "shipping/destination" charges tacked on. I immediately walked away after looking.
