I kept thinking the orig ARE badge just did not look like it belonged on this truck, bought numerous HD stickers, key fobs, etc, but nothing came close to filling in the indentation in handle. My wife spotted this pin at a little booth in Myrtle Beach during this years Bike Rally. I thought it was way off, but with the trusty dremel and a little patience, I made the handle fit the pin. A little black silicone to blend it in and there you have it. Also tricked out my floor mats. http://www.f150world.com/showownerpi...&n=89499&pos=1
http://www.f150world.com/showownerpi...=89500&album=1 It's just fun to be around this truck!!

Sweet... Mine is on order. How long did it take from the time you ordered to delivery? I CANT WAIT!! Was it hard to install or did you have it done? Do you have the active Ram Air option on your Keystone Hood? Could you please snap a pic of the underside of the hood?

out#ed, trucks lookin awsome! your old pics didn't do the stance enough justice. That b!tch is LOW. It looks sweet, i like the rake. You said its only a 2" rear drop??? I wrote a comment over in your gallery at world. I see you got your lower grille insert too. Now all ya need is matching inserts for your hood like #34 has. Keep up the good work

gotta go order some 2" rear shackles! LoL

Harley, it took exactly 5 weeks to get. It wasn't that difficult to install, but the clamp-on systm, for the most part, was useless. The ram air system for my hood was designed to work with the regular F150 airbox. I have the kit, but I have not tried to modify it yet. My camera is at work and I am getting ready to leave for Myrtle Beach!!!

Harley#356, I have also been of the opinion that the pictures do not truly reflect what the truck looks like. To see it in person is completely different.

hmm. then can ya drive it up to jersey to i can see it in person??? LoL I can't get over the stance you have. Its friggin awsome. I would do the same drop on mine, but have a fear of pulling into a curb or something and not clearing it. Exactly how much drop do you have in the front? 2" plus the 1" from factory??? I wanna get a 2" rear drop soon. Hey i'm going down to myrtle beach in middle of august sometime.

maybe driving through NC i'll pass by you on the road. LoL

I just got the Roll and Lock installed today. Its a real nice unit, but It does not look as nice as the fiberglass covers, I went with it b/c its more functional when hauling larger cargo and dogs. Also had a custom sub box with 1 ten put behind the back panel with no change in the stock appearance. The speaker is right behind that removable square above the console. They cut a hole in the plastic square and covered the whole piece with black speaker mesh......looks great and sounds awesome. The system is being driven by a 5 channel amp. I recommend the roll and lock if you haul alot of cargo or dogs.

356, I used 3" coils in the front, which ultimately only lowered the truck an additional 2 inches because of the 1" drop from the factory. And then the 2" hangers in the rear.

Thanks outnumbered, it looks fatastic. I would love to lower min 2" in the front, but i'm afraid of accidentally pullng into one of those curb things instead of over one. I'm definately doing the 2" rear shaclkes, and i may get 2" springs for another 1" in the front after i get my hood. How much do you think it would be to have someone lower the front for me? And then about how much for an alignment? Just wanna get an idea, because i'm not sure if i wanna lower the front myself. Thanks

My .02 for my last three covers.

First - ARE, scratched the chit out of my 00 L. When I traded the truck, leased 00 for bought 01, they would not let me take the cover, it had scratched all the way around the bed. Could be my bad, but was a work truck and I was not willing to buff scratches out every week. Mounting system was easy, with single latch to open.

Second - ******* X2000 on 01, good cover overall, didn’t have problem from manufacture point but the installer cut my bed caps (the ****), a no no from ********, which put a deep scratch in the drivers side of my bed near cab. Wanted small low profile wing on back but was advised from manufacture not too (probably why they came out with speed bumps). Mounting system superior quality (no drill), top bolts to mounting system completely under the cover, struts out of way, and locked under bed rails. Liked it a lot until I saw the Pro Sport on this board (thanks clonetec ), one week after buying the X2000.

Third - Innovations Pro Sport-Wing. Love the look, built in small wing makes the truck look great. Mounting system not happy with either (no drill system). It seemed (especially after looking at ******** mounting system) to be cheep, and why no rail tape it’s on the instructions Would love for someone to come up with billet or chrome change. I too had the problem with the paint flaking on the front latches, razor bladed paint off, wet sanded and polished, looks better now. Took six weeks to arrive (promised in three), got everything from no trucks to deliver, to paint blistered and had to be sent back to repaint. Mark was a good guy, but anyone else working for them needs to be sent to c/s class, received everything from on the way (a lie), to no holiba (SP) English. Did inspect upon arrival but did not see small dent like indentations near drivers side front and drivers side wing on edges until mounting. Take a good look boys and girls, could have been from shipping and not quite cured paint. Still for the looks alone an outstanding cover, and have had a lot of complements on it. E-mail me for the price if needed.

Hey Outnumbered (sweet truck), Keystones web page doesn’t do justice to your hood, how is it on bugs and rain? Is there a cut off (for functional ram) to reroute during rain? Thinking about the same hood …

Hope this helps, been a costly experience… (QB)

Quick Brick, I have been at the beach, so that is why I am just now replying. The hood can be ordered two ways: non-functional and functional. However, the functional kit is designed for the the regular F150 cylinder style airbox. To make it work would require some modification. In addition, if you order, make sure that they understand that your truck has a supercharger, so that they can precut the hole for you. Otherwise, the supercharger will rub.

Also, there isn't anything to block rain and bugs, but I haven't noticed much coming through the holes.

#356--you forgot to mention the sticky release on the left side of the 'free' tonneau No better styling or paint job or fit on the many other models I've seen on all sorts of beds. Saw a Leer on a '01 at a dealer and they couldn't get it open--brand new and dealer install. Same guys that installed mine and it opens first try 90% of the time. And other than re-installing one rubber thingy and the strap, can't beat the looks. Pray every week tho it never sticks shut
