How many HD logos are there?
Anybody counted how many Harley Davidson Logos are on 02s? I thought I had it covered at 16 but then I see hundred's of them in the winshield and reflectors in the head lights! Think I will offend any devotees if I remove the two on the sides and the one on the tailgate? Should clean up the truck nicely I think.
Don't get me wrong I like Harleys, XR750s and V1000s in particular.
When I finaly get a digital cam, I'll post pictures.

Are there holes in the fenders and tailgate? The service manager at the dealer said they are attached with adheasive only and that they are difficult to remove but it can be done with a heat gun. He also said that I would likely destroy the emblems in the process. I may have to rethink this idea.

yup these guys are right. I ordered one for my tailgate since the 00's came with regular f150 emblems on the tgate. 
You can remove the emblem using fishing line, cutting the adhesive against the truck, and then gently pry it off. you may have to heat it a little with a hair dryer or something, but you don't have to ruin the emblem. I personally think it looks better with the emblems on, and it truly adds to the overall look to the truck, and people are less likely to think its a knock off, and more likely to be shocked that it is a Harley Truck, but hey its your truck, do what you like. o yeah they do have two posts on the back, but once you cut the adhesive around them with fishing line, they should be able to pry off pretty easily with a LITTLE heat not to ruin them. Then ya can get the sticky stuff remaining off with some adhesive remover. If you do remove them, can i have just one??? ppppppplease 
#34 can have the other two, i just want one as a collection piece or something. I'll pay you for shipping and such. pretty pretty please
