The reason I ask is during a g-tech run last night I got to a little over 110+ and was wondering if ford stuck a mph limiter on these.

The speedo shows 130mph. And I plan to see once she is broken in if we can run with the lightnings.

Disclaimer: This testing was done in a controled area. A new country road near me.

 

I was able to hit a little over 117mph before the fear of a ticket caused me to ease off the pedal. Just for the record, I was driving down a stretch of highway that was deserted at the time.

 

Sir, will you please step out of your truck.... my name is rockpick and the reason I pulled you over... hahahahhaa...... I'll be emailing you your ticket... if you refuse to pay it or want to contest the ticket, you may have to appear in court.

Had mine up to an indicated 128 ... it was a medical emergency (honest) and I made a 36 mile trip (desolate West Texas Interstate--very little traffic) to treat a badly burned 13 y/o in 15 minutes.

 

I had my Dad's at 110, but i have had my L buried at 140 =).

 

Had mine up around the 120 mark........then I saw flashing lights a mile away.......so I slowed down.......hehe -TeK
