Can we install a 2 or4 LB, lower pulley, and gain back what they took away from the upper ?

The reason I what to do this is to avoid removing the upper pulley for warr. reasons.

Hi Jeff,

Yes, we can help you with this, we can supply just about any size pulley for a number of different levels of boost increase along with installation instructions, custom tuning, etc.

I also saw your other post asking about the boost bypass, which should be done you're absolutely right, and yes, we can take care of that too.

We already have many performance parts available for the 2002 Harley model, if you'd like to give us a call we'll be happy to go over all of that with you in detail, let you know what kinds of power gains & performance improvements all of the different modifications will deliver, etc.

Congratulations on that '02 Harley model by the way, what a sweet truck!

Jeff,

Do not put a lot of faith into the 340hp rating. I had my 02 HD on the Dyno and pulled 336 at the rear wheels. Now, the dyno used was a DynoJet, and from what I understand, they are not designed for the weight of our trucks, hence giving faulty readings. But, you can compare these numbers to a Lightning that has been on the same dyno. Bottom line is that the major difference between our trucks is weight. I would guess that our actuall flywheel hp is around 370.

Jeff,

One more thing, I have a buddy in Charlotte that has installed Johnny Lightnings chip and 5# lower pulley. He says that the added power is absolutely awsome. I have not ridden in it yet, but I did get to hear it SCREAM over the phone. You could hear the extra boost! More importantly, the added mods did not produce any detonation.
