Should I or Shouldn't I?????
I've got an '01 Supercrew Lariat with 32k miles on it. I've found a dealer that will sell me the '02 Harley for invoice +100. I have a buyer for my truck. I'm looking for justification.... To you guys that have the '02, Is it worth it? Any disappointments? Are they that much faster than a standard 5.4? That is a bad *** looking ride...

two words- DO IT!. you won't regret it for a minute man, well maybe since you have a 01 w/ 32 K miles, damn thats alot 
, cuz these run on premium fuel only and w/ the s/c it can suck up the fuel, well unless you drive like a grandma 
. But if you can get a good price i'd say do it. my friend just traded in his 01 for a 02, and i'm gonna probably buy it from him when he gets a 03, but from the time i've had driving his, i love it. From the clear headlights, to the stainless steel pedals and supercharger, its beautiful. THe only things that i don't like are the cheap Flame pinstripe (but you can always get it painted on) the gray leather inserts on the seats and doors, and i don't like the black lower grille, and over chromed (is that possible? 
) upper grille. They should have put in a chrome lower grille like the 00, and made the upper surround black to make it look a little better. Other than those 3 things, i can't think of anything else, so i'd say go for it dude. I still like my 00 better, (wish it had the s/c, and pedals, and flames) but the 02 is awsome too. You'll get SOOOOO many gaukers and people constantly lookin at it. I'd say if the gas $$ isn't a big issue, go for it. Keep us posted

Gas is somewhat of an issue in South Florida, premium is at $1.69, but I use premium in my crew anyway. I had seen pictures of the truck but never in person. I saw it this weekend in South Carolina and told myself I had to have it. I don't think I'm going to be able to buy it any cheaper....

I just went thru exactly the same agonizing decision about a month ago... sold my '01 S'crew Lariat 4x4 with 32k miles and got the Harley. The '01 was the best truck I'd ever owned, bar none. Let me say this: DO IT! You will not be disappointed. The Harley is sooo sweet... gorgeous to look at, great to drive, handles well, turns heads everywhere, pulls a flatbed with a racecar just fine, and the supercharger whine is so... seductive. Do it before the dealers start really ripping people on these--my dealer sold me mine at a very similiar price as yours... they have sold 2 more since at significantly higher prices. Go for it!
