It's here!

Took delivery of #181 last night about 6 pm. Much better looking even than I thought it would be. The sales manager liked it so much he is ordering himself one as a demo. Parked it next to the local Harley dealership owner's black '01... I seriously like the gray better. Already modded!!! I had the dealer install a reciever hitch and wire it for my trailers and install the Bell Tech lowering shackles on the rear--it does look funky (IMO) stock with the *** up in the air. Initially set it on the the 1" setting, took it back today to change it to the 2". Everyone at the dealer agrees it looks better with the more level stance. Body shop is painting my pillar pod and will install the gauges (EGT. boost, fp) this weekend. Pulleys, chip, filter to follow. Talked with the Harley dealer's best flame painter and he is going to paint a matching flame pattern down the middle of the bed cover when I get it. This is fun!

Congrats!

Like your self I have the gray and like it better than my black 01. I also have the beltech 2" drop. When you get a chance please send or post a pic of the pod after installation. I have mine and plan to install this weekend.

Does the Stock Gage Cluster have a Boost Guage ? I saw a pic slightly off center to the right and I didnt see one.

Seems odd they would Supercharge the engine an not add a guage.

Les called Rondell? and he shot me about the same $ as you. I,m still going to give the Ford house in Belton a shot at it but most likely I'll be buying in the Spring. I'm taking my f250 by the place so they can give me a trade in value tomorrow.
