Talking Bug Deflector

Hi there!
Tomorrow I'm picking up my deflector and just wanted to know if there are any screws to put it on. Is it easy or should I have the dealership do it? It's the one with the Harley logo on it. Anyone know?
Thanks,
Cindy.

Cindy, i have the bug deflector w/ the harley logo also. it looks great and really protects the front of the hood from chips. It does come with screws, but they just go right into predrilled holes on the underside of the hood, easy, and ya gotta put on 4 little tiny sticky bumber things on the top of the hood to keep the shield from hitting the hood. Definaly put it on yourself and save some $ since its so easy to put on. I usually take mine off once in a while to clean under it and its a breeze to put on and off. Post some pics when you get it on there

Had the HD deflector on my 00 also, and ended up taking it off, because it was to hard to clean under it and after I took it off a couple of times the screws stripped, and I didn't like the "tabs" that stuck on to the paint. Will admit that it did look good and I could have easily replaced the screws, but I keep this truck "clean" and it was to much hassle to me to take it off every time.
