why doesn't ford build a f150/harley pickup in a 4x4. Not everybody lives in california.

 

yeah your right that not everyone lives in CA, i live in jersey, but to make a 4x4 harley wouldn't make much sense at all. first off it wouldn't make much sense for it to be s/c and 4x4, secondly its a lowered truck with low profile dubs. not the kind of 4wheeler. alot of harley owners live in snowy areas. i do, we can get 2 feet sometimes 3+ feet of snow here. the harley does alright, but usually sits in the drive cuz its not the kind of vehicle to be plowin around in the snow. alot of guys either dont drive em in the winter, or put regular f150 rims on it for the snow season. if you want a 4x4 get a kr or regular f150. the harleys are cruisers, not snow dogs (to play off your s/n ) Most of the people who have 4wds hardly ever use it anyway and it doesn't fit the harley image to be a lowered 4wd truck with low pro 20's. i guess that'll answer your question well enough

 

Willie G Davidson designed the truck. originaly Ford made the truck with a lot more chrome on it (mirrors, bumpers.etc) But Willie didn't approve. He wanted less chrome and more black (?) He didn't want 4X4 because he thought it wouldn't appeal to corp. buyers, the same goes with the supercharging the engine.

So to answer your ? You can blame Willie. I won't 'cause if your ever in AZ look me up. lol!!!!

 

well if willi did design and said no super charge, whats up with the 2002. people just make stuff up. and for everyone that makes something up there are 10,000 that believe them
