Ever hear this one??? "You paid that for a 2WD"
Yeah I said the same thing to myself--coulda had a 4wd Lariat like a lot of other trucks out there ..but 6 weeks after seeing the first one on a lot, I found another in a showroom and it didn't look like anything else on the lot including the four Lightnings outside. Offerred 10% off list, they took it, paid cash and drove it away a week later. Finally the cover deal and there is still not a truck like it. Guess that's why we own them...it cruises, it drives, you can throw stuff in the back, and looks good doing it. Any questions?
yeah i defenatley agree that the hd's are better with 2wd, why would you want a 4wd harley, its just plain stupid. if you paid this much for the truck and want 4wd, the only place you're really gonna use it is off road and if ya do that ur probalby gonna end up screwin up a rim or something. this truck was built for cruising not for rock climbing
I think a 4WD in the Harley truck would be awsome, but without low range, Just think about how fast you could take off with all four wheels spinning, especialy with the new HD with a supercharger. just a thought, the L would also be awsome it 4WD.
Not all trucks are meant to be 4WD
As you all know, trucks were invented to haul things. Look at the 350's, 2WD have a higher load capacity and can haul more.
The HD is not meant to be a hauler or an off roader. It is meant to be the baddest *ss truck ever produced.
Pop in War's Lowrider go for a ride on the open road and everyone knows there is not better truck than the Ford HD.
Next time someone asks you if you actually paid that much money for a 2WD. Tell them no, you paid it for the experience of owning and driving the product of a marriage of two AMERICAN icons, Ford Trucks and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
