Question Interior Light Question

I have a 2002 Harley F150 and it's been sitting for a bit while we wire up a few gauges to read trans temp, boost, etc. We havent wired anything in yet so the wires and things are untouched. Anyways, the question:
I opened it the other day and the battery died from sitting (I open it to open my garage door when I get home from work) and all of the interior lights began to flicker on and off repeatedly while the door is open/keypad is touched and I was wondering if it may have to do with the battery being low. Is this because the battery is nearly dead or is it a different problem entirely? I started it the other day and jumped it off and the problem ceased but it's been a couple of days now and it resumed. It stopped flashing when it started and the alternator began to charge it.

Thank you for any help or advice you guys may offer!

Have your battery load tested.

You can bring it to your local parts store and they will perform free diagnosis.
