#1 the main problem with this trucks is operator error

#2 lack of maintenance causes issues with how well they run (ie intercooler core cleaning, functioning intercooler pump etc)

#3 don't buy one thinking you're gonna off road with it and get mileage like a prius - it just won't happen

#4 if you buy one, ensure you know what mods it has before you buy it

if you've got any questions about ones you find, feel free to post up pics and stuff so we can help you

I'm not worried about gas mileage as it will be my secondary car and it will be an off road truck all street. I'm looking for one with little to mods on it because most the time mods mean ran hard thanks for your help when I find one I like will post up the link to it

if you get one that's been pullied, make sure it has an upgraded MAF and a tune before you go WOT

no two gear kick downs, and no WOT up shifts into OD

MAF upgrade, to prevent grenading the new motor

NGK TR6 or other colder than stock heat range plugs appropriate for the amount of boost

port work to prevent the ol' Heaton from living up to it's name

I have an 02 with 6000 km on it, obviously I'm just keeping everything factory on it. So I don't have much advise on making modifications on them. They're a sweet ride though a lot of fun on the highway!
