I have a 2004 F350 HD. It really makes noise when turning both ways. I replaced the ball joints last year in the left but not right. Is there anything else it can be before I tare it apart and throw wrenches?

I have an 07 150 but i did have a similar problem. I recently replaced the whole hub assembly. It was only when the tires were spinning. My mechanic told me that it is the plate that stops you from turning the wheel too far that was making the noise. He said it was just from the humidity and other weather conditions. Not sure if that's what wrong with yours or not. Good day.
