ok so i dont have a HD but i have a 2000 XLT that im dropping to the ride height of a HD. I was wondering where i could get a bumpercover that is a HD or similar? BTW i love the Harleys and my friend has a 2003

 

keep an eye on craigslist or ebay or check your local junkyard. Those and L bumpers are super hard to find.

 

I have a re-creation L bumper in my cousins local junkyard but it needs a little work :/ and I wud rather try and find a HD one

 

You are probably just going to have to order an aftermarket copy of the HD bumper. As with most L's, the HD's whenever you find them in a junkyard or guys parting them out have had front end impact damage killing the bumper.

I have been trying for quite some time now to spot a L that has been totalled and is being parted out so I can get the front bumper but with no luck.

If you really are in a hurry for one...bite the bullet and order a aftermarket replacement
