OH oh OH Its SHIPPED!!
Chris, can you keep me informed on when you get your cover installed? Mine has been in for a week now, but the installer said he can't do it yet. The reason is Leer sent out a bulletin stating not to install it because they have to ship out some additional mounting brackets to make the fit better. I've read that some where having problems with their covers not being fit exactly. Maybe this is the fix for it!

didn't hear about any fit problems from the installer since the mounting rails came pre-attached to the lid--attach the rails and the lid fits--plug in the lock and it connects. Left rear corner was a bit sticky on release but that's cleared up with use. No wobble and no noise so far--wonder where the problem is/was? Only complaint is front rubber seal strip seperating from the double sided goo/tape they've attached with--seems drier than a you know what. Still happy tho
Ok the cover showed up a week late.
Had it installed yesterday morning. It took the guy about 45 minutes.
The only thing he really said about the cover is how nicely it opens and closes. He claimed its better than anything he has ever seen.
I need to make some adjustments to it as the front seal doesnt go over the edge of the bed.
The cool thing was When I got there a guy was getting his installed before me. So we got to BS for a while. Then another guy showed up in his, while mine was getting done. He said he'll have to wait until Sept when the locks arrive.
