Black XD monsters on a 2003 harley davidson edition?

Hey guys, I've got a buddy who is wanting to put some black wheels on his 2003 stock harley davidson. He's leaning towards the black XD monsters but I'm not sure what they'll look like. What do ya'll think about them on a harley davidson edition or let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Is it the all black or the 2 tone? In my opinion I wouldnt put those wheels on my truck but to each their own. If i were to do a black wheel Id think about the 22 reps and powdercoat them black.

the only wheels besides the stockers that look good are the 22" reps if you can find 'em

I have seen a lot of Harley Trucks with different wheel combos. You can go on www.nhtoc.com and do a search for wheels/rim pictures to see what everyone has done.

Most stick with stock and powdercoat them to match the truck (expecially if its a single color truck --> Black or DSG)

My truck is the 2 tone and I personally like the chrome look of the stockers...but went with the 22's and get compliments everywhere I go.

Those ROCKSTAR Rims only look good on lifted trucks with monster tires...plus everyone has them on everything now.

22'' Harley Replica's

I believe these are called BOSS

The original 22" HD wheels like OKI's first two pictures are the best looking wheels for those trucks IMO.

I have an 01 HD truck and those are the rims I have on.

The black ones on the dsg look sick. Those 22's must weigh a ton, how much more do they weigh than the stock ones? Thanks for the link oki.

Upload it to a photo source (I use photobucket.com, it's free and very easy to use). Once uploaded, copy the one with [IMG] wrapped around the url from the picture. Then paste it on here, then you're done!

No way.....running a 6 lug wheel on a 5 lug hub?

Not unless you used adapters or a hub/axel conversion.....

Lfordo, looks like your HD rims are almost touching the ground - I know you're getting beefier tires but do it asap! those rims are not cheeaaaaaap.

(a dealer in my area said one 22inch of your HD costs $1400 - yup just for ONE wheel.)

Matter of fact I'm selling two of 22inch HD wheels for $600 plus shipping if anyone wants it.
