Are the 02-03 Harley coil springs the same as regular F150 springs?

 

I believe so...only the L's got the upgraded shocks.

 

The Harley-Davidson Edition is lowered by 1". I believe it has special coil springs...

Really? Learn something everyday. I still have my stock springs from when I changed them out to some Ruslow 1000lb's. I thought they were the same as a normal F150...maybe I can sell these to someone with a normal F150 who is looking for an upgrade.

What is the difference?

 

the Harley truck springs have a higher rate than the Lightning coil springs...


I started with Lightning coils in my green truck, then made the swap to a set of Harley truck coils

Tarajerame how do you, or I guess its your wifes truck, like the ride with the HD springs vs the L springs? This is on my long term wish list.. I have the 2" lowering shackles in the rear and L spec Bilstein shocks..mine is a supercab if that matters..
