I will soon. If your thinking about lowering. I highly recomend it. I lowered mine and it's just the perfect distance off the ground for me. Low enough you can tell it's been lowered. But high enough it doesn't bottom out. If your considering doing this. Go for it.

Well..I actually tow things

Ive already put on the drop shackles in the rear to level it out..however when i bolt up the trailer...it sags a pretty good bit.

Dropping the truck to the ground would most likely make towing impossible. I just wanted to see the look and height of the truck after its been done.

Mines not actually right against the ground. It would make it tough to tow, But you would still be able to tow. It's not to low to the ground. Just right.

Go to fordharley.com

My truck and FLHR are featured on the home page. It has the SoCal 4/3 drop.

Nice truck my friend. Just wish the picture was a tad larger...I cant really make out the gap distance between the wheel and fender.

Cannot get a finger between the rubber and fender edge. It looks like the tire just fits inside the wheel well, which was what I was looking for. It rides a bizzilion times better that before. I think with the new Hotchkiss (basing this on their rep) swaybars the handling ought to be on par with the ride. Even the "picky" wife likes the new ride (no chicken neck).
