I've been thinking about getting a 2001 HD and I was wondering about the collector value of these trucks. If I bought one, it would only be driven as a cruiser. Do these trucks hold there value? I'm not buying it just to make money, I'm buying it to enjoy it. But I was just wondering about future values.

There may be "collector" value in 15-20 years. There are way too many being built for better resale value because of supply/demand reasons. As with any vehicle, Kepp the miles down and keep it supper nice and you will be rewarded with better than average resale.

 

if you want a shot at it having some
collector value find a 2000 (just my opinion)
