In front of your radiator, there are two smaller radiators, one on the passenger side and one on the drivers side.

One is the PS cooler, the other is the Tranmission Oil cooler.

I dont recall offhand, but did any of your trucks come with the Towing Package? I know that most of us got the wiring harness in the glovebox with the lock cyl. However upon reading the thread in the other forum it seems that a significant amount of F150 trucks were given the smaller radiator even when the Supercooling towing package was purchased.

I went out today and looked at my radiator, sure enough its the smaller model, 1.02" size.

I know we have a tranny cooler and all, but I figured at least we would get a bigger radiator also. Knowing we all own bikes and such!

I did some research on this..the towing package was not offered as an option on the HD. Package 535 specifies a radiator upgrade, which people who ordered the option are not getting.
Also, our trucks are not rated to tow as high as the tow package equipped trucks. I think we are limited to 6500 vs. 8000 lbs. The big debate has been with people ordering the 535 package and not getting the radiator upgrade.
Last I heard on the Supercrew side was Ford changed the specs but not in writing..
Me? Not towing that much weight, so not worried about it. With the warranty, if the thing blows up, they owe me!!! Rube

You say we have the tranny cooler, where. I was looking and only saw a very very small cooler down there, supposedly for the power stearing.
