Post Headrest problem

Whilst I'm home healing I'm trying to undo my bride's error..she took the SCrew on a trip to DC..I was worried about no wheel locks but she parked it in a secure lot...cost $26.00/day but her boss is reimbursing her, so not my worry. They removed the headrest, and folded down one of the rear seats to use for luggage. When she got home she put the headrest in...sDRAWKCAB, I mean backwards...it's jammed in good. The lock side is free but the other side is jammed but good. My arms aren't working too good right now, but don't think the application of gorilla torque is the answer...anyone have a suggestion before we dealer it?

Got it fixed...dealer didn't have a clue, so I got into it more....there is a small hole on the inside part of the headrest guide...push in with a pinpunch and it releases a catch, and the headrest slides out. Took a few minutes because of the Vicodin, but good as new now...
