I looked at your truck and I must say it is sweet! I have a 2000 HD and I was wondering about the bedliner you had installed and if I could get that put in my 00 model? I'm waiting on my Leer HD bed cover right now and would like to get the duraliner installed before the cover comes in. I also noticed the AirForce One FIPK and was wondering why you chose that instead of K&N or Airaid?

 

Hi Harleyboy. I got the duraliner from the Dealer, just call your ford dealer, it is a Ford dealer supplied item. I am pretty sure they have it for the '00 truck also. I got the Airforce 1 because I liked the looks. I imagine the performance of the others is about the same, just went for the one I liked to look at the best. Hey I forgot to ask you how much that duraliner cost you? And I was also wondering what you think of the super flip chip and how easily it converts from each mode? One more thing I suppose, did the Airforce One seem to make the superchip work even better? Thanks again

 

I have a friend who works at a dealer, they have a '01 HD screw. Another friend wants to buy it, what's a fair price? It's used with 3900 miles. Lloyd

Hey Halreyboy, sorry it took a while to respond. Cost of the duraliner was 125, paid the dealer 10 to instal it. I have never "flipped" the chip out of the fast mode so maybe I could have saved some bucks and just gotten the one program chip. Way I looked at it I had the option to run regular gas on a long trip but haven't done that yet. Yes, I think the chip made a big improvement and after I added the intake it made it even better. They say each adds incremental power on their own and my seat of the pants agrees. If you do anything do the chip it really helps bring the motor to life. Take care,
