Rear End Question
NO HarleyGuy, I'm NOT asking about YOU. (Just kidding, no hard feelings --- I hope). Anyways, here's my question. I was surfing around and I saw some information reguarding the 2000 HD F-150. It said that we have the limited slip rear differential in our package. (Of course it also says we got 3.73's, which of course is not true). So is our 3.55 rear end limited slip? I don't feel like having to dig around to find the window sticker. If this is so, this will save alot of money on the lockers I have been looking at. Thanks guys (and gals too, I know there's at least a couple of you out there).

That's good, BlownHarleyFord, because the only one asking about my rear end had better be my wife!
Yes, the 3.55 is Limited Slip. If you look at the tag on the rear axle you will see the code with the both the 3.55 and LS on it. I forget the exact coding right now, but you'll recognize it when you look at it.
