I have been trying to get a good deal on a 2000 HD. I think I finally go it. How does $500 over invoice sound? However, since the 2001 are almost here should I go with a 2000 or a 2001? Any thoughts??????

 

Well lets see, the 2000 is the first year (might be worth more down the road) the 2001 has more cabin room but a smaller bed. If you need the bed to haul your HD I would go with the 2000.

i made my mind up! ordered '01 beginning of
January. the dealership just recently had an '00. he would'nt come down on $$. it's gone now. they say delivery is sometime in early february. we'll see.

 

I spoke via e-mail with a Bluebonnet Ford rep about a week ago , he said they have two 2000 HD advertised in the San Antonio Express for about 26,500. I have his name and exact price if your interested.

they're about 30 miles from San Antonio.
I asked about options, and was told the trucks don't have the CD changer or sliding glass. Hope this is what you're looking for.

I ordered the new '01 HD SuperCrew last month and they said it would be early Feb. I went with the SuperCrew because I like the full four doors and 4 captain's chairs. It seems like it has more room. Just my two cents.
