Unhappy Any More HD Trucks in YOUR area?

Well, the good times are over here in my little country town! I thought I had an exclusive, but someone else right here in my town of only 2500 people bought a Harley F-150 truck. (Funny, because until I asked the owner of the Ford local dealership to get me my truck he hadn't even heard of one -- now he's sold another! The jerk. )

Sheesh, I thought I'd have the only one -- at least the only one of the 2000 model year.

Guess I'll have to just race the SOB. I know damn well he doesn't have a Superchip or FIPK!

Cool

More than just out running him, show him pic.'s of the large house, killer red barn with two Harleys in it, your wonderful family, and the lake toys! You will still remain supreme - F150HD HarleyGuy !

Hey Guys...
Have you read this months iusse of "Truckin" magazine ???

There's an article showing how to increase the Lightning another 30 HP...

One was replacing it's stock 4 bladed throttle assembly with a single bladed one and got 14 HP....

I am calling Kenne Bell in the AM to see if they have an application for for the HD alo...Will let you know what I find out,,,

Thanks very much, harleyrider, for your comments. Enjoyed our conversation the other day and love your truck.

Heck, I feel a lot better already. Guess I'll just have to live with it. I'm doing research on the new buyer in town and found out at least he is a car aficionado. He has a 4 car garage with 2 bays for fancy autos, etc., so guess I can live with it. He doesn't own any Harleys though, soooooo...

I did some research on this, and the odds of a *SINGLE* Harley truck in a town this size are appx. 1 chance in 20. I found out that the dealer (after seeing mine) recommended the truck to this other fella and he went for it. Guess my best option is head on over and get to know the guy. If you can't fight 'em join 'em.

Well I can't beat 2500 pop but how about 2 HD150s in each town 5 miles apart with about 5000 pop ea. Heard the other guy in the next town wasn't too happy to hear his exclusive got devalued when the other truck showed up down the road. I haven't met him yet but my brother, who uses the truck from time to time and lives in the other town, has. So they talk HD 150s! Kinda funny since we had restriced numbers in Canada with most of the production heading south. Doesn't bother me tho since anyone with our kind of taste should be flattered
