Yes, it's made by Ertl. I bought one a while back. Waiting for the S-Crew version to surface. Both will be collector's items. Buy it off www.amazon.com and they usually cut you 20% - 50% off depending on the time of month and the current specials.

I have one of these HD F-150 models in my hands, it is not made Maisto like most of the Harley scoot models, it is made by ERTL. Ford sells the "official" model through their aftermarket program where they sell clothing, etc. You can get one on eBay for around $25-$40. (Sometimes less if you're lucky!) Great little model and comes with the tonneau cover, as well.

I bought one of the ERTL models a while back - my toneau cover is plain black with no emblem.. My boyfriend said he saw some with the HD emblem in the middle of the toneau cover - does yours have the emblem?

No emblem on mine. I don't think that the original "official" tonneau cover had an emblem, either. The only cover that I've seen with an emblem was a soft cover sold aftermarket.

I've seen a lot of the ERTL models in various shops and dealers and on eBay and they all had the same plain black hard cover.

It's rather expensive at $34,I got one at a Tracter Supply Co. store for $18.You can also check Ertl's web site out at www.rcertl.com.By the way don't kid yourself,I seriously doubt that a tonnue cover made in 1/18 scale in China is going to resemble the one we get from Leer in 1/1 scale.
