Good question! I have always found it safer for myself to drive four wheels instead of two but now.... I am really toying with the idea of a bike. Amazing what buying a nice truck can make ya do!

I have a 71 ElectaGlide and a 74 Sporty, Just decided today to trade the 2 bikes for a Jersey Speed Skiff, It looks better when towed with the truck.

Wink

I own the HD F150 and a Harley. The bike is a 2000 Road King Classic. Got it last November to replace my 95 ElectaGlide. Every time I've been at a Ford dealer to look at the HD F150, there have been bikers there. The local Harley dealer has 2 HD F150's. It's very popular with the Harley crowd.

I dont have a bike, yet.
I have two sons 6 and 3 years old.
Bike just not feasable right now.
But my kids and wife and I all have about 300 pieces of Harley-Davidson clothing from the local Harley dealer.

Here is my F150 and my 99 soft tail custom. I like my 4x4 so until they do a true HD 4x4, this one will have to do!

On a COLD Sunday, finally getting around to checking all the messages on the board and this one hasn't been accessed in a bit.

Anyhow, I have a '99 Road King Classic and last Christmas I got my wife a '95 XLH as she was determined and excited to ride on her own. She took the MSF course (and did great!) and now she has put on nearly 3000 miles on her *own* scoot. Two months ago, I put in an order for a 2001 (2002?? depending on when it arrives) Softail for her! The only reason she is being patient at all is she knows it's going to be a few cold months before she can ride again.

Talking

'98 Road King:
Been on two Posse rides (Border to Border and Sea to Shining Sea), every national rally this year, 4 Iron Butt rides (San Antonio to San Diego, Winnepeg to San Antonio, Savannah to San Antonio, San Antonio to El Paso and back (qualifying run and of course the infamous HOG ABCs. I like riding, what can I say.
Now, can I do these things with the truck?...probably not; but I'll have fun in it and seeing as how I just picked up the truck from the dealer today!!!!!I'm a little excited.

Congrats, MotorWorf!!! You can now still "ride" (sort of!) even when it's cold out! I love my new Harley truck and you will, too.

All this San Antonio talk makes me miss my old stompin' ground. I lived there for many years before deciding that a move to the country would be the best thing.
