Below is a transcribed copy of the letter I recieved from Ford on 10/28/00, concerning the Tonneau cover issue:

Dear,
We have good news regarding ordering your Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 tonneau cover.
As we have informed you, Leer Corporation, a leading manufacturer of aftermarket tonneau covers, will be producing your Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 tonneau cover. Production is scheduled to begin in December and will continue until March 31, 200 1. Orders received after this date will not be accepted.
To order your cover:
1. Call your Ford dealer. If you have moved, or are not in close proximity to the dealership where you purchased your Harley-Davidson F-150, please contact the Ford dealer of your choice or contact 1-877-783-1537.
2. Inform the Service Manager or Sales Manager that you are calling regarding the tonneau cover installation on your Harley-Davidson F-150. (Note: Not all Ford dealers are participating in this program; if your dealer is not participating, please call 1-877-783- 1537.)
3. Your dealer will work very hard to conveniently schedule your tonneau installation. Please note, installation may take several hours to complete.
PLEASE NOTE: All tonneau cover installations will occur between January and June 2001 and will be supplied on a first come first serve basis.
