Modding on Budget

Best bang for the buck....I just stepped up from a Mitsubishi Evolution 8....It had 386 awhp....so just trying to get a start on this.....not to experienced with these pulleys and belts and all that good stuff..question is do i need exhaust or i dont? Just wondering i know turbo cars really gain from it cause of the back pressure and all..Well anyways chime in people trying to get started/...BTW its a 2003 HD with 32K miles on it thanks.

Best bang would be a 6# lower pulley, upgraded maf and a custom tune. Should give you at least 80+hp more.
