I just put this exhaust on my truck....awesome sound and looks mean. Installation in 60 min? Has anyone else tried to put this on an early 04? I had to use the longer intermediate pipe and the pipe diameter was nearly the same. The shorter intermediate pipe was the correct size, however this didn't help me. Oh, and the rear hanger...it was bent about 30mm too close to the pipe and would not allow the installation of the hanger. Man am I glad I had a torch and a few hours. Awesome system, just needs some tweeking.
I have been really please that the tips lined up perfect every time. Other kits we have installed on the harley trucks and similar setups always had to be tweaked to get them to sit level.
The shop has been carrying Magnaflow pretty much exclusively for about a year and always recommends you to every customer. Quality and customer support from you guys has always been top notch. Thanks!
We have installed 3 of these kits at my shop and had that problem with 2 of them. I just cut the little **** off the end of the hanger and it slips in without a problem.

Let me ask you three things.
1. what exhaust (if this isnt the one) can I purchase that will make my truck sound sport tuned like the harley. I absolutely don't want anything loud but if I was to install one I would like something just a little above stock. what do you recommend? 16612?
2. If I install an exhaust will I need to install anything else. For example, with sport bikes, if you install an exhaust it probably best to install a power commander to correct the air/fuel ratio.
