Will try to make long story short. Have had a problem with wheels/tires since new. Vibration 60+. Rebalanced at Dicount Tire problem goes away then returns. Been doing this about every 6 months. Latest chapter is I was told (by Discount Tire) rims are not locating on the hubs center hole in wheel is too large. I looked and there seems to be a problem to me. I am bring truck to dealer Friday (still under warranty 35,700 miles). No one at Ford has heard of problem I cannot find a TSB or recall. They won't know anything until they see it.
Purchased truck brand new, has original wheels, have replace 3 of the 4 original tires.
Anyone have/had this problem?

My 03 is perfect. The wheels center on the hubs perfectly.

I have no vibration at all especially when I'm doing this

 

my truck rode like crap when i had the goodyears on it. they wore out way to fast... got some hankooks and everything's been clear sailing since.
