Question..

I was considering trading in the lightning for a 2004 F-150 Harley. I would like the fact that I got all that extra cab room. The only think kinda holding me back is I don' t know that much about the harley and had a few of questions.

1. I know they have the same engine as the lightning but cause of weight difference what 1/4 time differences are stock vs stock between the two.

2. Is modding the motor a bit more of a risk on the harley since there is a difference in weight factor thus more strain on the engine?

3. Any known "common" problems that need to be addressed to the truck. A example would be like the intercooler recall on the early lightnings.

If anyhow has any pictures of modded Hd's they can post that would be great. Thanks

The 04 HD is an F250-F350 Super Duty, with the diesel.

The 02-03 super Crew have the Lightning engine.

03 HD is most likely the way to go...
