Wierd "chimes" from under the dash?

Ok, I've got something that just started yesterday that I can't seem to find any info on for my '02.

I was parked in a lot with the engine running yesterday morning when all of a sudden i started getting beeps from under my dash (you know, like the door open beep). Coming in a pattern of 5 beeps, about a second or so long per beep. Goes thru the 5 beeps, then stops for a few seconds, then repeats about 4 more times or so.

Since then, it's done it about 30 more times, no real rhyme or reason as to what starts it, no matter if I'm parked or driving, city or hwy speeds. It just does it. Same thing every time.

Anyone have ANY idea what the heck this could be? The manual lists nothing pertaining to audible alarms in this pattern, so I'm kind of curious as to what it could be. There are no warning lights, just this irritating tone!

Help!!

Nope, I have the seatbelt chime disabled. The "sound" is the same as the door ajar tone, however it's broken up into 5 one second beeps, and repeats four times or so.

Did it to me again on the way to work this morning! Argh!!
