Dealer advises that front linings are low and that the rotors are rusting and that both should be replaced. Approx cost of $500 CDN (parts and labour). Am I better off just going with stock dealer OEM parts or are there superior cost effective aftermarket parts that are recommended?

This is on an '01 HD btw.
