Harley-Davidson Question

Ok couple of questions

What was the first year for the HD
and did they come with superchargers every year, if not what was the first year

The first year for the F-150HD was 2000.
First year for 5.4L SC was 2002

No F-150 HD edition for 2004. I hear the 2005 HD might be going back to the F-150.
