the 01 is basically the same as any 01' 5.4 so look in the computer chip or supercharge section.
chip, pulleys, electric fans, intake, exhaust system or cut to the chase and get a supercharger.
really depends on how you define "cheap" i bought a used vortech s/c for $1400. to me that was cheap. some may not like the idea of used, i looked at the kit and thought worse case, the s/c needs to be rebuilt for maybe $500 so i would still come in under $2k. installed it and it runs great with zero problems.
ithnk if i didnt want to spend that much i would start off with the electric fans, then the pulleys then the magna exhaust then the chip, then the air intake kit then the chip. the reason i would go in this order is because the first 4 would probably improve mpg with out having to use 93 octane, then if i wanted more i would do the chip.
just my opion but the other site is geared more towards the factory eaton supercharged 5.4
