Hello Folks, I have a 02 Lightning and a good buddy of mine has a 03 HD. What can we do to his truck to get it to handle like my stock suspension Lighting. What are the differences between the 2 trucks ?

rear sway bar and shocks ,drop shackles will help also
by getting the azz down. i have a hellwig swaybar
and am waiting for a set of lighting bilstiens.

 

Steeda larger front sway bar and a Steeda rear sway bar will help out a lot, and lowering and shoxs as trashguy mentioned.

 

Thank you both, a few other questions. What drop shackles ? Im unsure on the price of Bilsteins but assuming that Ford is proud of them as they are on most parts, Is there a cheaper or better option. Would we be better with QA1's ? Are the drop shackles going to drop the rear to the same height of front or lower ?

the bilstiens are about $35 each from places like fordpartscheap.com or so.i have the jlp 3inch shackles
and it leveled the truck out.good luck.
