I was Tweeking the tune on Our H/D truck when i decided to turn it up a Notch.. Our H/D is 100% stock with the exception of our JLP Forced Air,TB,JLP LiftBars,& slicks..@ 18# of boost it went 12.3 @ 109 last week on pump gas!(Full Weight Plus a 150# bed cover!) I'm going to be taken it to Ga. This week for the NMRA. due to my lightning not being finished yet.. Well i made 10 blast with it tonight making 23# of boost!.. I know for a fact this thing will go into the 11's No Problem!.. But i think i'm going to cut it back to around 20-21# for the event..This H/D was a complete Monster @ 23#..Of course i don't expect it to take that kind of boost. but hey ive been pushing 18-19# with it everyday for about a month with no problems! and you know i'm not easy on this thing! I'm going to keep pushing the boost up so i can put 1 of my engines in it! I thought for sure 23# would have done it, but not soooooooooo. (at least not for now!).........JL

IM more curious as to how long the engine will last with a perfect tune.
With the KB beign more efficient, its got to be easier (if you can say it like that) on the motor.

We just changed the exhaust for the bassani system. The boost went from 23# to 19# and it feels unbelievable....Looks like i'll be taken it to National Trailways Ohio..I just can't seem to get *any* time to work on my own Lightning! But the HD is still Screaming! And is still holding together! JL
