2" shackle questions..
couple questions here...are the hd shackles the same as the stock Screw?....cause i know the front springs are different/lower..
2nd question....is there any differance in quality/ride/x factor for the different shackles avialable?....i have seen them from 32 a pair to 89 a pair.....i dont mind paying a lil more for good quality...i plan on installing them myself....but looking for good info from you all.....i finally got a set of HD wheels and tires...now im looking for headlights...corners....and grills.....
anyinfo or opinions are welcomed..im hoping mr 0356 will chime in

yup, the HD's get the 1" drop from the front and rear springs. shackles are the same as any other ford truck.
anyway, LFP has the cheapest deal for belltech shackles. 50 bucks and 10 shipping i believe. www.lightningforceperformance.com

thank you guys.....i appreciate the help....i think ill be going up to REM on friday...id like to check out the shop anyway.....
but is there any differance in quality between shackles?.....i want the best....or one of the best....if bell tech is very high quality...ill be happy with those....
and the HD has a lower rear leaf spring.....lowering it 1 inch...correct?...

yup, HD's are 1" lower front and rear.
As for shackles, belltech is a very good quality shackle. Some brands that you find in mags for like 20-30 bucks use very cheap bushings and thinner metal. you get what you pay for

thanks 0356......i have made my decision..im taking a lil drive on my new 20's up to REM tommorrow to purchase a set for me and a set for my buddies 02 HD...also gonna look at the lower grill by J&J that they have....
i dont want any cheap bushings or metal on my truck..ill pay the extra $20 to have it right..
