Cool Pulley Kit Installed Pics

Can you imagine how good these would look polished? They already look great like they are.

They are designed for Harleys too.

I installed mine (the 90mm version) last night. I'm running a 4# lower and stock upper. I had knocked the stop off of the tensioner for the 4# pulley so that allowed more belt length.

The stock belt fits and runs fine but I think I'll get a Gatorback that's one inch longer than stock. I feel like the tensioner is rotated just a little too far.

The installation took 30 minutes and I work slow.

Tim,

I am interested in them, but if I remember correctly, some of L forum members pointed out we might see belt shredding due to these (lack of tensioner felixbility or something along those lines). Is that correct?

Thanks in advance!

ZoranC,

The kit utilized the stock tensioner. The lack of understanding how it works is what that thread was about. No belt shredding, no way, it uses the same tensioner that your stock setup uses.
