Need step by step instructions on shackle install

Need step by step instructions on shackle install

I just recieved my rear shackles from razors edge. Now...where can i get soem directions to put them in at? Any tips or tricks i may need to knwo beofre hand? also i didnt get a rear sway bar, but do you reccomend one? who has them for sale?

I'm ready to do this myself. Shouldn't you also rotate the shim? Also, what about the bump stops - can you cut them off with a saw or are shorter replacements readily available?

its a good idea to rotate the shim to get the pinion angle back to stock, but you don't HAVE to. I didn't, and i don't get any vibrations, but the 02 and 03's with the 2 piece driveshaft are more prone to vibration so more of those guys flip the shims

as for bumpstops, you can leave them alone. with only 2" rear shackles you'll be perfectly fine
