I finally made contact with the sponsor for this event here is her reply
Yes. The Tribute to the Toughest III will be on Sunday, June 22nd.

For those of you who do not know what this is, it is a HD F150 ralley help in Southern Ca. Last year their were about 150 trucks there

Thanks for the infromation! The Tribute to the Toughest II was one of the coolest runs I have ever been on, awesome roads, police escort, lots of Harley trucks and other enthusiasts like you and me. I hope to see many of you there. Black 2002 HD with personalized COUMER California license plates.
