Talking Got my key marks fixed!!!

Since the truck was only 3 days old, the dealership fixed the key marks for free, they had to wet sand it, a little touch up paint, and a good wax and buff. They said they wanted me to be real happy with it, so it wasnt a problem for them. Man I am glad I bought from them!!!

Glad to hear they are taking care of you. Wish more dealers would take care of their customers after the sale. I need to take my baby to my dealer and see if they can help me fix it after a lady in another SCrew bumped into mine this morning.

Dealerships like that are rare. I am happy for you.

I am happy you got everything fixed up. I have a couple of small "imperfections" i would like to get fixed. Can you tell there was anything ever there? I think I would be able to buff them out...they aren't bad at all.

Now that is customer service.

The dealer I bought form wanted me to pay just to take the speakers out off my old Truck and swap them for the ones in my new Truck. I should have asked them before making the deal. Live and learn.

Needless to say I am very happy with them. Ricekicker, I cant even tell they were there. The guy told me they were deep enough to were he couldnt just buff it out, he had to wet sand it. Whatever that means. He also told me to be very careful with new trucks paint jobs, especially mine since I saw them roll it off the trailer. He said the paint was still soft, and to make sure to keep it clean, or else it will easily scratch if you are not careful. So anyway, cant wait to Zaino it again, its been raining pretty good.

I don't think that we can mention dealer's names here, but I will just say that the dealer that is int he town where I go to college buffed out a 2 ft scuff mark on the side of my styleside bed, not sure how it got there, just saw it one day when i was walking ot the truck, and it was not even the dealer i had bought from either, never even been to the dealer before then, and they said that they would check it out for a second to see if they could buff it out, i waited for 15 minutes, and then they brought it out all fixed and buffed out, and did not charge me. I will definitely be giving them business in the future if I can.
