Do you have a SVT Lightning or a Harley?

the SVT registration has nothing to do with the gift pack.

you shouldn't have to register for it or anything, it should just come, but if you've waited since may, i'd call.
i did hear though that if you bought the truck on D plan, or are in canada, it excludes you from the gift set.

anyway, the number is in outnumbered's gallery. he took a picture of it when he got his gift set.

goodluck

Why would you register a Harley with SVT? Harley has nothing to do with SVT.

Only thing they share is the motor, The Harley is not associated with the L in any way though they do share Drivetrain similarities.

We get our Gift Packs, the L guys get a Cert with the SVT # of their vehicle and their name on it.

That is all

Hey eaton, chill pardner. What are you , a Raiders fan? You did not buy an SVT vehicle. There is a lot more involved in being SVT than motor.

yes, the HD's do share the suspension (minus the shocks) and the 02 and up share the engines, but they still aren't considered SVT's. if they were you could only get them from SVT dealers, and they'd say SVT on them somewhere.

but you can register with SVTOA. a few guys with HD's already had. Heck, i bet if you had a windstar and wanted to register with SVTOA they'd let ya. 40 bucks for a bi-monthly mag, a sticker and a keychain for a year membership at SVTOA, they'll probably take anybody that wants to pay it.

I'm pretty sure its a fact. i read it on the other site cuz the guy was pretty POed. he called alan pinter and asked where his stuff was at...he found out he bought it on dplan and alan said they were excluded for some reason i think. doesn't hurt to call and ask though. alan is a really cool guy, he can probably take care of ya if you ask him about it

Uh-oh here we go again. Hey guys everybody can have there own opnion.....it doesn't change anything. Personally, I thought since they have a HD badge on them they should have at least come with one of those new 103' twin cam motors crated, sitting on top of my bed mat.

Calm down dude. Geez. Whether you like it or not, the Harley IS NOT a SVT vehicle, you can even ask Ford about that one. The GT shares a whole lot in common with the Cobra, but its not SVT. I was just curious why you would want to register it with SVT.
